Shout-outs are custom video messages created by artists. Fans may request artists to send encouraging words to uplift a friend, recite a favorite character quote, give Birthday wishes, or mention other significant milestones.
Charisma is willing to accommodate expedited shout-outs within 48 hours in most cases for an additional fee. Once the order has been fulfilled, there are no refunds.
Shout-outs are dependent on Talent availability.

All refunds are issued as store credit, which must be used within 30 days.
